Our agency model provides a conflict-free, anonymous execution environment in over 100 markets worldwide.  Through our advanced liquidity management tools, we provide access to all major sources of liquidity.

In the U.S., we deliver real value to sell-side firms, offering them smart order routing capabilities to all major exchanges, ATSs, ECNs and most third markets and dark pools, as well as solutions for meeting Reg NMS requirements.

Our non-U.S. offering draws on our global experience and multi-asset class capabilities in portfolio trading, liquidations, transitions, block trading and ADRs.  We also provide white labeling of our non-U.S. execution and clearing services for regional, country and minority broker-dealers.

Commission Management

We offer a comprehensive commission management solution where executing brokers can quickly and easily outsource their soft dollar and CSA servicing to us while they capture order flow.  Commissions can be used to pay for all eligible research, including that from independent boutiques and analysts, research from specialty and regional broker-dealers, as well as market data and analytics services.

Independent Research Distribution

As one of the largest aggregators of independent research, we are able to recommend research based on performance and provide unique research solutions to broker-dealers, as well as offer a deep coverage universe to both in-house brokers and clients.
